Hi All,

As the title suggests I am looking for a running/walking partner. I live near Sefton Park and would like to start running but am not keen to go it alone with the early dark nights. I am 42 and my fitness level is pretty poor at the moment so if any like-minded female wants to get fit, maybe we could motivate each other
