The Company
Robert Half International are seeking an Administrator for our client in Deeside for a 6 month temporary contract.
The Role
Role Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Design Engineering / Concessions Team Leader and their team. Main Duties:·Data entry - updating and distributing various trackers to the Management Teams in Engineering and Operations. ·Co-ordinating throughput of electronic, paper and MRB concessions. ·Updating information in relation to concession status in connection with our offload source HGEL·Dealing with e-mail and telephone queries, including liaising with other departments and companies. ·Ad hoc booking of travel / hotel arrangements·Ad hoc booking of Meeting Rooms and IT equipment-Essential Skills / qualifications / experience;·Very competent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages - Word / Excel / PowerPoint.·Previous experience of working in an office environment - 2 years +·Good communicator at all levels ·Ability to work on own initiative without supervision, with a high attention to detail.·Proven organisational skills·Able to work with high volumes of data input, under tight timescales.·Able to work within a small team, supporting others as and when required. Desirable Skills / qualifications / experience:·Working knowledge of SAP·ECDL or equivalent qualification in IT - Word / Excel / PowerPoint·3 years + experience of working in an office environment.
