The company are looking for people that they can develop in the role but to start with you will need skills and experience in PC support, Windows OS, PC hardware break fix, and some basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD).

The most important thing is communication skills as you will interact with many different levels. It is absolutely key that your are able to convey a professional, positive and friendly image.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a school, college or in the education sector - but this is not essential.
