Hi I am involved with property and I am in the final stages of opening a lettings business in Bootle.
I am looking for a business partner who can provide the right experience to get this business off the ground and thrieving. The right person wont neccessarily have to put any money into the business just experience and what it needs to make it work.
So far I have the office with furniture computers ect, awaiting delivery of signage, we are on right move at no cost per month (due to a friend picking up the tab) and we wont need to pay rent (due to the office being owned by the same friend), the business is set up as a limited company with bank account open. I am considering using Let MC for the software but this can be changed. I am a people person with experience in letting my own properties but as mentioned could do with further guidance and focus from the right person. This is a fantastic opportunity.
