Deputy Home Manager
My client requires an experienced deputy manager to assist in the day to day running of a large and busy Nursing Home in Cheshire.
The role includes deputising when the manager is not on duty, writing care plans, risk assessments and communicating with managers, staff, residents and families on all levels. The priority of the company is to maintain its reputation for the high quality of care and service it gives to residents.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a managerial position within a similar setting. All applicants must be either an RMN or an RGN with a diploma in client dementia, or possess extensive experience with dementia.
As for many managerial post an NVQ 4 in management must be obtained, or be currently worked towards.
The salary is entirely dependable on experience and will be discussed at interview. Hours will be worked full time over 5 days.
