As Assistant Manager you will drive the business forward by focusing on team training and development, quality and consistency of service delivery, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for the successful and efficient operation of the business on your shifts, ensuring customer and team satisfaction whilst achieving excellent financial performance.

You will be a passionate and driven Assistant Manager who has experience within a high volume food led operation. With excellent communication and people management skills you will be a confident leader and motivator, capable of getting the best out of your team.
You will be an ambitious and motivated character who is used to working in target driven environments, with the desire for future career progression.

The role will pay up to £17,000 and includes a fantastic bonus along with great training and development and the opportunity to progress your career with a company who are going places.
