Well established Boutique Human Capital Consultancy based in prestigious City Centre offices seeks an articulate, proactive, charismatic individual to assist us with our continued growth.

As a company we offer bespoke solutions to the Corporate B2B World including:-

• Bespoke training solutions
• Executive assessment and recruitment
• Assessment centre design and delivery
• Recruitment process outsourcing

You will be required to undertake the following responsibilities and duties:-

• Research and Develop Consultancy opportunities from our existing and new contacts over the phone and make appointments for our consultants to attend and discuss our service offerings.
• Liaise with training and delivery partners to ensure best practice
• Actively manage and take ownership for Consultants diaries including the Sales and Talent Directors diaries
• Proactively involve themselves in the day to day operations of a small boutique consultancy
• This role may require some UK and European Travel as many of our clients are based overseas

Ideal candidates will be of Graduate caliber and possess a working knowledge of the HR Environment, be hungry for success and capable of self direction during our busier times.

Be creative and persuasive and have a strong commercial awareness of the Human Capital challenges facing businesses today.

Basic salary plus excellent Commission structure (OTE £40k in the first year)
