Job Description

You will be tasked with managing the full Back of House brigade,
Ensuring all company SOP's are attained,
All Food, Financial, Hygiene, and Health and Safety guidelines are adhered too.
Control of food purchasing and menu spec's to attain required g.p.
Have a sound knowledge of all purchasing and stock control,
Recruitment and training of kitchen staff Required Experience

You must have at least 2 years experience managing a busy conference and banqueting hotel, You need a solid background in hotels,

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £30000.
