The Company
Robert Half International is seeking a Team Administrator for a public sector organisation based in Liverpool. Immediate start!
The Role
As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:- Collating and indexing documents- Providing administration support to team.- Booking Travel Arrangements ( Flights, hotels, car hire, etc)- Organising meetings, including attendee availability, room bookings, meals and refreshments.- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes of meetings as requested.The right candidate must have excellent administration skills, strong interpersonal skills, good attention to detail, good knowledge of word and excel.
Salary & Benefits
£7.80 per hour plus holiday pay,Liverpool location,Temp contract
