The menu for this restaurant is very spec driven so you must be willing to work to this whilst still delivering the highest quality.

Applicants from all catering backgrounds will be considered, however this is not a job for the faint hearted.

Renumeration is circa £38,000 - £40,000 pa with excellent company benefits
