My flat mate moves out at the end of july to go and study for her masters.
so im looking for a new flat mate!Tthe flat is situated next to the liverpool south park way train station, and has a regular bus service into town.
It has broad band, and didgital t.v..these plus all your bills are included in the price of the rent.
The Flat and the empty room are completley fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe and draws.

Im looking for a female flat mate, of a similar age (im 25).
