Team Leader

We are seeking a team of experienced bar staff to work at the ‘Out of Africa’ Christmas Parties at Knowlsey Park, Liverpool
267h November – 31st December 2009

The team leader is essentially an on site point of contact for the Flair office management team. The team leader will supervise the staff by ensuring that all members of staff arrive on time, have appropriate breaks and that all required paperwork is filled out correctly. The running of stock operations and the bar is the responsibility of the bar manager.

You will be required to work EVERY evening. Your own transport is required to get to and from the venue each evening. You will also need easy access to the internet as information and staff lists may be emailed directly to you during the contract.

The main duties will include:
• Sign staff in at the beginning of the day and co-ordinate staffing levels with the Flair office management.
• Help to assign job roles at the beginning of the shift.
• Completion of paperwork, sign in sheets, timesheets and tax forms.
• Allocate uniform at the beginning of each shift and collect it in at the end of each shift.
• Work as a member of bar staff when your team leader duties are completed.

This position would suit a candidate with previous bar supervisory experience, who is:

• Well organised
• Punctual

Wages: £7.50ph + tips, paid weekly and double pay for New Years Eve. All wages are subject to PAYE deductions by Law.
