DETAILS ABOUT THE CLASSES
All the classes are conducted at my home address. I will provide the necessary equipment both for Martial Arts based classes and Yoga classes. The classes would take place in my back room which would give enough space for both student and instructor. I have the use of a garage for students who wish to include bag work into their workout. I have a heavy bag , top and floor bag , strike man and jogger trampoline and various kick and striking pads.
Studying one to one isn’t as expensive that you may think. Think about the cost of a couple of drinking sessions a week or the daily visit to star bucks during lunch time or attending a football game. The classes are totally stressed free and students are allowed to work up to their own particular fitness level.
ABOUT ME
I have been involved in Martial Arts for over 28 years and coaching since 1986. I am fully qualified and my present qualifications are 7th Degree Black belt Ju Jitsu and 6th Degree Blackbelt in Kickboxing and Kempo karate.
I am qualified and fully insured by the BKA and the AMA which is the governing body for Martial Arts in England. I have also studied at Shibusawa international school in Japan and received Martial Art instruction from Fujimaki Hiroshi Sensei.
I am also certified to teach Yoga.

kick boxing
The class is an enjoyable way of using the techniques of kickboxing which will include training drills using kicks , punching , knee’s and elbows. It’s a total full body workout using aerobic & kickboxing techniques. Target pad work will be included in the classes alongside heavy bag and floor to ceiling bag.
Cardio fitness Kickboxing
The class is an enjoyable way of using the techniques of kickboxing without the contact. It’s a total full body workout using aerobic & kickboxing techniques. Skipping various methods and target pad work will be included in the classes. Its totally none contact.
Cardio Ladies Kickboxing.
This class is a total full body workout that combines Kickboxing & Power stretching that will stretch and lengthen all the main muscles of the body and will produce an aerobic & cardio workout using kickboxing techniques. it’s a martial art based class for ladies and partner work and self defence techniques will be covered.
Kempo Karate
Using Karate type of drills without the normal complicated routines that are normally taught in most karate classes. Students will reach peak fitness improving their muscular strength and endurance.
Kempo Jutsu
Using Karate techniques combined with Ju Jitsu locking and holding techniques.
Self Defence combining Kempo & Ju Jitsu
This class will focus on partner work using various methods of self defence from Ju Jitsu & Kempo Karate. Various methods of self defence will be included as well as weapon defences.
Multi Style Martial Arts
This Class can be programmed for yourself.
Goshin Jutsu
A self defence system including various methods of self defence.
Bag work Circuit & Combinations
This class will use several different types of Bags using a circuit. It will also include combinations and depending on the weather skipping. The class will start and finish with 15 minutes stretching. The circuit and combinations will last around 30 minutes.
Advanced weapon defences
This class will cover all different types of weapon defences from bottle , baton and knife etc.
Yoga for the Martial artist
This is an excellent class that will improve the Martial Artist stretching routine and core stability training will be included in the class.
Hatha Yoga
A specialized class using techniques to help tone and stretch the muscles as well as relax the mind and body. Core stability exercises will be included into the class.
Gentle and Power Pilates.

Total complete fitness yoga
This class combines cardiovascular fitness with Yoga stretching and core stability training.
Yoga Cross Training
This class is suitable for people who wish to use Yoga to improve their chosen sport by increasing and developing flexibility in all areas of the body and creating greater body awareness.
Yoga on the Ball
This class uses the fitness stability ball to practice Yoga postures on. It also includes lot of core stability training. Its and excellent class to build up flexibility as well as strength and endurance.
Yoga Chi Power
This class combines Yoga , Tai Chi and breathing and relaxation techniques.
Soma Ki Yoga
This class combines all the above classes into one.
Stretch and Relaxation class.
This class focuses on two main aims. Firstly to stretch and lengthen all the main muscles of the body and secondly to use controlled breathing to calm the body and mind and reduce stress.
Power Stretch
This class uses deep stretching techniques and the stretch is held for up to 1 minute and longer on certain stretches.
Core stability ball
This class uses the core stability ball to practice a variation of different exercises.
Mixed and Match
Any Class can be combined to your choice for example 30 minutes one class and 30 minutes a different class.
