So two week stay for £57 per week room is minimum £339.00 cash sterling required. Three weeks is £396.00; four weeks is £453.00 etc. If you only pay two weeks we cannot guarantee an extension if someone shows interest in room for longer period.

Arriva Bus Service (No.86A and N86) operating together over 24 Hours between LIVERPOOL AIRPORT to CITY CENTRE and returning. Bus from Airport stops opposite property, two stops after ASDA Supermarket next to Cemetary. Weekly tickets with Arriva Bus Company approx £12.00 per week or £1.60 per journey.

Large ASDA Supermarket (Open 24 Hours Mid-Week) located on same road. If you require internet access there are also a number a shops available on the same road.

Single Person Rooms from £57 Per Week includes up to £6.00 per week towards Gas and £3.00 per week towards Electricity. Extra credit added by landlord for two sharing double room (3). No other bills to pay but may have to share any extra gas/electric costs with other tenants if usage provided is exceeded.

Photographic Identification (e.g. Passport/Driving Licence) required. You will be required to show proof of your full name, date of birth, nationality and current address.

There is no internet or TV provided by landlord, but there is shared appliances to use such as fridge/freezer, gas cooker, washing machine and kettle.
