We are currently looking for up to 11 service transition analysts ranging from junior to senior level. Ideally candidates must have clear evidence of IT services transition projects. You will need to ensure that IT operational requirements are in place before the project goes live in the production environments. You should ideally be ITIL qualified with experience of dealing with 3rd parties, KPI`s and SLA`sand be accountable for large service impacting projects and programmes.
