An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Manager based in Merseyside to join this major gases company.

Due to continued growth they are looking for a Shift Manager to be responsible for running a complicated hydrogen and nitrogen plant. You will be joining a team of 6x Shift Managers all responsible for the operation of the site, including safety, quality etc, on a 24/7 shift pattern.

Key skills/experience:
Educated to HNC level in a related discipline i.E. Mechanical fitter, chemical engineering etc.
Experience within a similar role and industry - process plant, oil & gas, chemical etc.
Excellent problem solving, planning and coping with the demands of operating
Team leadership experience
