Hi , I have one single room available sharing with 3 girls and 3 guys all students. The room is in a large semi-detached property it is 15 minutes walk to the city centre or 5 to 8 minutes by bus (frequent services from outside the house). The house has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, 2 hobs, 3 fridges, 1 freezer, dinning/living room, with tv and satelite television ( this is a package which includes satelite tv and internet which the students pay for, this works out cheap between the 7 of you, you will also have to pay for the tv licence which is about £20 each for the full year). Their is also a separate study, gas central heating, 2 toilets, 2 showers, full hard wired fire alarm and intruder alarm. The rent includes Water, Gas, Electricity bills.
