You should have a flair for high standard of food preparation and superb presentation, the Chef De Partie is an integral part of the delivery of great food. We are seeking someone with a heart for creative cuisine to which your talents will flourish.

Candidates should be experienced and have a proven, consistent track record working in a busy enviroment of a similar high standard and be used to serving high volumes of food whilst working under pressure. You should also have good communication and organisational skills and be a good team player.
