Thai Restaurant Sous Chefs Required
This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Thai Chef Solutions who are operating as an employment business. Our client in London is looking for a Sous Chef to help manage their restaurant kitchens. The applicant must have 3 years experiences at NVQ Level 3 or above. Main duties include assisting the head chef in managing the operation of a Thai kitchen and the preparation and production of Authentic Thai food, preparing home-made sauces and dips, some Thai desserts and cooking a variety of complex dishes. Liaising with the Head Chef in creating and developing menu choices; creating & producing new food recipes. Responsible for rotating stock movement and co-coordinating replacement of stock orders. And responsible for Hygiene Supervision, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment. And finally undertaking the roles of the Head Chef in absence. Employment Equality Act (Age) Regulations 2006
