Customer Support Coordinator
Major International Environmental Services Corportion has an urgent opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to manage their busy team of customer service advisors and sales support team.
Responsiblities:
Provide full sales support to all field based sales personnel
Ensure all company standards relating to sales are delivered and maintained.
Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales team as directed, producing quotes, tenders, letters, and welcome packs.
Receive all sales enquiries for the Region by telephone, email, fax and internet.
Generation of reports to GMS on sales activity and CRM system usage.
Administration of contracts and associated paperwork.
Administration of the annual price increase and Duty of Care renewals.
Assist in planned customer and market research
Resolve escalated queries received via the web site or Director's offices
Monitor and report on gains and losses of the sales force
Essential Experience
Proven experience in managing and motivating a Customer
Support Team is essential, preferably in a similar industry.
Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and telephone skills are essential.
Strong IT skills are essential
