Nice house on 3 levels.... large living room, with freeview tv, kitchen with microwave, washing machine, chest freeze and fridge etc.

Nice yard with decking (if we have this winter summer the weather man is predicting!) and two sheds perfect for storage of bikes.

Big bathroom with bath and shower.

House is round the corner from the huge ASDA thus on all the bus routes to town.
Parking space available.

No pets.

Sharing with 3 post grad male students and one girl. All very friendly, clean and considerate.

Rent is £43 ex bills.
