My client is a market leading haulage business based in Warrington who is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join their admin team.
The role operates on a 4 days on 4 days off shift basis working 7am till 7pm.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Sorting paperwork received from depots daily
- Preparing paperwork for scanning, ensuring all relevant checks are carried out
- Indexing customer accounts accurately and resolving POD queries resulting from indexing
- Batching and returning paperwork as per the customer's requirements
- Dealing with customer and internal pod requests efficiently and in a timely manner
- Updating relevant spreadsheets for internal monitoring purposes
- Reduce and maintain unpod report, investigating and retrieving missing pods
- Scanning proof of delivery paperwork and other documents ensuring correct scanning procedures are followed To be considered for this position, you must have some relevant experience in the logistics or transport industry, have strong IT skills (MS Word and Excel), and have a very good eye for detail.
