The opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager in Warrington.

A medium sized elderly residential home requires a deputy to work alongside the current deputy manager and manager.
Managerial experience within a similar setting is preferred, but those looking to take their first step up into a managerial post will also be considered.

With full occupancy the Home requires someone who can maintain the high standards set and deputise in the manager's absence. The writing of care plans, risk assessments and staffing matters all fall into the remit of role.

As a flexi job share with the current deputy hours are to be discussed and may vary from week to week. The salary will depend entirely on experience and hours agreed.
