I rent a room in a real nice house in Wavertree and there are 2 rooms still to rent out.
Both are big double rooms and are available from the 1st of July.
I'm 27, male and relatively new to lpool (i moved here for work).
Eventually there will be 3 of us sharing.
It would be good to find a housemate of similar age, who also works and enjoys a good social.
Boy or girl doesn't bother me as long as the person is decent to get along with and treats the place like home.
