I have signed a contract for a house on Brookdale road however one of
the girls has since dropped out so we are looking to transfer the
contract to new tenants.

The house is fully furnished clean, new decoration, bay window,
french doors onto rear patio with built in barbeque, 3 double bedrooms
and one single. We were renting as a 3 which is 60 pounds a week but
for 4 the rent is reduced to 55 pounds per week.

Good access to shops and pubs, road with space for parking. nice area.
We are young professionals but students taken.
