Senior Sales Advisor in Banking

£15700 + Uncapped Bonus

Have you previously worked within a Retail Banking environment selling financial products? Are you target driven with the desire to succeed within a banking environment?

Our client are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Advisor to join their branch based in Southport. The role would suit someone who has previously or currently worked within a customer-facing environment, recommending banking products and services to a bank's customer base.

· You will proactively contact priority customers as directed by your Branch Manager and interview potential and existing customers to provide an enhanced level of service to increase the value of the customer
· You will identify opportunities where appropriate to refer more complex financial affairs to specialist advisor colleagues
· Work closely with your colleagues to maximise the opportunities for instant referrals during peak times
· You will be responsible for meeting, and exceeding your personal sales and service targets and contributing personal sales towards the store team target
· Generate quality referrals and cross selling opportunities
· Conduct interviews with new and existing customers in order to review and meet their financial needs through the sale of products and services
· Ensure full compliance with FSA and Bank policy and procedures
· Develop new business from existing and potential customers and to identify, prospect and acquire new customers
· To ensure that customer accounts and transactions are properly administered and controlled in accordance with Bank procedures and a consistently high level of quality service is provided

Competitive salary £15700 + Uncapped Bonus. Mon-Fri 9-5, + 40 Saturdays 9-1, with time off in lieu
