My client requires a Qualified Social Worker for their Leaving Care Team. The post is to start immediately and is ongoing for the right candidate.


Job Duties:

· Holding a caseload of 16-21 years old care leavers
· Working with care leavers progressing and completing pathway plans
· Maintaining contact with young people
· Working alongside young peoples advisors

Essential requirements:

· Relevant professional qualification (DipSW/CQSW essential)
· Full GSCC Registration
· Enhanced CRB
· At least 1 year post qualified U.K experience
· Experience of working with Children and Families
· Knowledge of the relevant legislation
· Car Driver
