A well respected Healthcare Company are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Trainer to join their Care training and assessing team based in Liverpool. The role involves working alongside the training manager developing courses and ensuring Best Practice is adhered to within the companies residential care homes.

The role:
* Managing a case load of candidates studying for NVQ Health and Social Care up to level 4.
* Assisting in delivering and developing training programmes for care staff.
* Writing new courses to ensure all care staff are trained to the highest standard
* Ensuring Best Practice is adhered to in all care homes
* Excellent progression opportunities- post is available because of internal promotion.
* Flexibility to travel essential.
The Person
* Are educated to a minimum of level 4 in Health and Social Care
* Have an background in Residential Care
* Have the A1 assessor award (Desirable)
* Have experience of training/assessing
* Have experience of developing/ writing course material
* A CIEH Trainers qualification (desirable)
