We are looking to recruit a strong and confident Home Manager for a 36 bedded EMI Nursing Home in Birkenhead. This home also has a separate specialist unit for early on-set dementia.

A position that is set up for the right Manager to succeed simply needed to come on board and maintain the success of the home, occupancy, staff and its reputation.

This role is ideal for an experienced Home Manager looking for a fresh challenge or a highly experienced Deputy/Unit Manager looking for added responsibility.

This role needs someone with exceptional confidence within their own ability as a leader and as a carer. Experience of working at a Senior Level is paramount. You must have good clinical acumen and knowledge.

This position is available immediately and can open the door to further opportunities within the company.
