My Client is a 60 bedded nursing home, part of a regional care provider that specialise in the care of the elderly and dementia. They have a forward thinking attitude, a reputation for excellent client care, good staff retention and providing ongoing training for their employees.
You the successful candidate will be an RGN preferably with some experience of working in care. But above all you will have the drive and flexibility to carry out your role to the high standards expected and maintained by the home. You will be required to support the manager where necessary as well as carry out your daily nursing duties.
