As such, this role will be right for a strong consultant with the ability to team lead in the future to come in and maximise relationships they may have built in the Sydney market, thereby having strong local networks to make them lots of money, or a consultant who has done engineering elsewhere who has a go- getter attitude who will create their networks and relationships in the least time possible through hard work and a sales mentality. You will be able to work contract and perm, thereby strengthening the relationship with your client as well as your billing ability, even when the team expands.
