Branch Manager & x2013 Estate Agency
Estate Agency Branch Manager in St Helens or Poulton-le-Fylde (opportunities available in both branches!).
An experienced Estate Agent with Managing and Valuing experience is required to join one of the North's largest and longest established chains of Estate Agents as a Branch Manager in St Helens or Poulton-le-Fylde.
Salary: £18-25K basic, OTE £35-40K PLUS £4K car allowance
The right Estate Agency Branch Manager candidate will have a proven track record in performing to targets in a sales environment.
In this Estate Agency Branch Manager role you will value, and bring to the market, residential property. You will also effectively manage a small team of Negotiators to ensure branch targets are achieved.
As an Estate Agency Branch Manager, you need to be highly motivated and able to both work on your own initiative and within company guidelines/regulations. The ideal candidate will be professional and highly organised.
