looking for some one to rent my other room! for £60 pw, or £75 with bills inc, i want 3 weeks rent upfront too. i work days mon- fri. looking for a non-smoker male or female any age, perfect for student / young proffesional but they MUST WORK.

There is a Car Park if you drive and shop with in 1 min walking distance and good bus route access

This is a really nice modern ikea style flat with good veiws and nice nieghbours

phone line is out of use for obvious reasons

The Room :

This room has a balcony and space for a single bed! 2 power points and single built in wardrobe. newly carpeted.

i dont care if its kept tidy / or if you want to decorate it.
not much space for people with furniture! please contact me for information on the room as i can furnish it or unfurnish it!
