Hi, i am looking to start some kind of small business, my experience is in the catering trade ( well the last ten years anyway, but have also experience in other areas ) so i was thinking of a cafe, sandwich bar, takeaway etc.etc. or even mobile catering of one sort or another, but would consider "almost" anything that would enable me to work for myself ( or in a partnership) whilst at the same time generate a modest salary to start, but ,with the potential to grow into a successful business.... so basically i was looking to see if their might be a suitable person out there who like myself has worked their socks off for other people ( and not always seen the benefits!) and feels the time time is right for them to try and have a go at doing it for themselves, if this sounds like something that appeals to you, you are very welcome to get in touch to discuss things more.
