We are looking for two highly motivated lettings negotiators to work from our Liverpool and Lancashire offices.

With a starting salary of between £14 and £16k dependent on experience you can expect your target earnings to be around £25k. You will serve an intial evaluation period of 3 months after which the post will become permanent.

You will ideally be experienced in the letting industry and used to working as a senior negotiator/appraiser or above.

You must have good knowledge of the lettings markets in Merseyside and Manchester and the surrounding areas.

You must be target driven with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets through attracting and securing new instructions and landlords.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to work flexibly and creatively and to maintain focus on results.
