Chef de partie, Wigan area. We are currently recruiting for a Hotel in the Wigan area. The hotel cooks to a high standard for the fine dining restaurant. The facilities include a restaurant, bar, conference rooms and banqueting facilities.

The Role:

As chef de partie you will be responsible for the smooth running of a section within the kitchen. The sections will include all the main sections and you will run your own section, cook in the section using fresh ingredients. This will involve cooking for the main restaurant, lounge and banqueting

Experience:

We are looking for a chef de partie with previous experience.

Salary: £15000
