The Retail Branch Manager is a key customer-facing role that leads, manages and coaches the branch team to deliver the branch plan. They use their understanding of the banks strategic vision to create and maintain a customer-focused retail environment which balances excellent customer service with maximising sales and income. They oversee the operational integrity of the branch, identifying potential issues and ensuring services are being delivered in accordance with the customers' needs and wishes. Retail Branch Managers are integral in setting targets and inspiring, motivating and developing staff to deliver their best for the company and the customer.

To succeed in this role, you will enjoy building relationships with others and be conscientious and standards-driven with respect to customer care and service. Highly adaptable, you will be confident in taking responsibility and accountability for decisions, with a drive to work towards sales and service targets.
