This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic, expanding establishment with 3 food outlets, which you will create seasonal menus using all fresh produce.
They have capacity for bar snacks, 100 cover restaurant, small bistro and weddings/functions/parties up to 700 working in a team of 20.
To be successful you will
Be either an established Head Chef looking for a new challenge or direction or a strong Sous Chef looking for the step up into your first senior management role.
Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude
Have fresh produce experience
Be able to produce and demonstrate food that stands up to 1AA rosettes
Be a good communicator, leader and organiser
In return you will be offered
An attractive basic salary of between £25 - 30,000 depending on experience (based on turnover and will increase as the turnover does)
