LEGAL CASHIER - Liverpool

£18K - 20K

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Cashier. You must have previous experience with Solicitors accounts Rules and bank reconcilliations. Previous legal aid experience essential.

Role:

*Posting to and reconciling office, client and designated ledgers
*Processing payments
*Recording invoices, credit notes and disbursements
*Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports: costs billed/paid, work in progress, projected income, cashflow, creditors etc
*Calculating interest
*Accounts payable
*Processing VAT
*Liaising with departments
Personal Specification:

*At least 12 months Legal Cashiering experience
*Can get to Liverpool easily
*Offers excellent customer service
*Competent on a number of software packages including Excel
