SENIOR QS: Chester: Nuclear: Salary c. £45,000 Plus Car & excellent package

The role itself is to assist the Senior Surveyor or other defined line manager in the running of a cost consultancy team and subsequent achievement of project and business goals.

The Nuclear team in Chester are working on some of the industry’s most high profile projects and currently have a vacancies for Quantity Surveyors who will take a role in managing and developing a range of prominent commissions.

Typical duties include:

Preparation of standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial statements etc

Preparation of tender documents as required by procurement choice (including Bills of Quantities)

Examine and analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement

Prepare valuations and financial statements; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations
