On the small Greek island of Kos, in a little town called Kardamena, there's a little beach front pub called The Gumtree for sale...coincidence i know thought it was funny when my friend asked me to advertise for her lol..but oh well here goes..

Anyways, its called The Gumtree Pub, its right on the main beach & next door to the watersports. owners are selling it for 115k but will accept offers but wont go less than about 100k. everything inside & outside comes with it includes all furnishing in & the benches/tables umbrellars outside. they will redecorate/varnish/put new decking before they hand the keys over too. its a very busy pub, as it is on the main beach & popular with the workers. also has cooking facilites. if u go to '"The Gumtree Appreciation Society' on facebook theres are some pics on ther if you want to have a look.
