FIRST RESPONSE TEAM
Location: Southport / Merseyside
Position: Full Time Permanent position
Hours: 08.00am - 8.00pm - Mon to Fri (shift basis) + Saturday Cover
Overtime As necessitated by the needs of the business
Holidays: 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
BUPA: Optional
Duties Include:
* Taking incoming calls from claimants
* Recording the claims information into a database
* Offering advice and guidance to the claimant
* Offering specific assistance in line with clients needs (e.g.) replacement vehicle provision
* Liaising with third party drivers including insurance companies etc
* Tracing of claims relevant information via approved sources, internet, yellow pages etc
* Contacting witnesses to discuss their opinions of the accident and completion of statements
* Updating brokers claims information via approved mediums - CDL
* Providing updates for brokers and clients alike
* Reporting of new claims to brokers and insurers alike
* Additional responsibilities as required to facilitate the set up and servicing of new claims and maintaining the departments protocols
* Reporting directly to the 1st Response Manager
