The flat is situated off Park Avenue, Mossley Hill, 50 yeards from Sefton Park.
It is in a luxury and secure complex, with spacious rooms.
The bedroom for rent is an excellent sized double room... and you will have your own bathroom/shower.
You will be sharing with one other (me!), male, young prof, likes a beer... :)
5 mins walk to Rose Lane
10 mins walk to Penny Lane and Allerton Rd
15 mins walk to Lark Lane.
The rent includes all bills/council tax etc.
It is initially on a short-term contract (1 month - 3 months) but this can be discussed...
