I'm looking for a flat mate to share with this summer, my previous house mate left earlier than I thought and I have someone moving in around 24th September - so I need someone to occupy it over the summer months. I'm 24, female mature student at the University of Liverpool and will be working full-time over the summer. I'm after female housemates only (sorry guys!) and although the room is a double it is only available for one person.

The details are as follows:
Double room available from today until mid September.
Modern flat, secure car parking, security system, free car parking space.
Double room is furnished - double wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers.

I'm looking for someone of similar age and interests, and who's clean and tidy!
