HR Business Partner

We are currently looking for a CIPD graduate to join our HR team as an HR Business Partner.

The role will entail:
• Driving all resourcing functions across the relevant Business Partner functional areas
• Managing with Business Partners all Learning and Development including Induction and Succession Planning
• Work with Line Management to deliver effective Employee Relations including consultation over TUPE activities, Redundancy activities and Employee Communications
• Supporting Management through Grievance and Disciplinary procedures.
• Driving the Performance Management processes to ensure ‘raising the bar’ culture
