my name is Laura and I have the largest double bedroom in my 3 bed house to rent.

For 300 pounds a month, all bills are included except the phone and obviously, your food!

The house has all mod cons, gch, dbl glazing, and is fully furnished.

I'm really easy to live with, though I do like things clean and tidy, and I work full time office hours so whoever moves in would ideally be sympathetic to my need for sleep! (i.e. no parties! :-) unless Im invited!)

There is a bus from the end of the road to Liverpool or Birkenhead for work or uni, depending on your needs.

I will require a deposit of 300 pounds.

I am in a relationship but my boyfriend does not live with me or stay more than 2 nights per week, so I would ask that couples or families do not apply.
