Selwyn Hyams and Pam are taking the Liverpool Class of Tai Chi & Lishi Arts. We are teaching an ancient Chinese system of movement and exercise to promote physical. spiritual and mental wellbeing. This 3000 year old system helps to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that people can stay fit and enjoy a full life whatever their age and occupation. The practice of the 'square yard' form, a series of physical movements, will aid fitness and help to reduce the stress of modern life, whilst providing the energy to get the most out of what life has to offer!
