We have a room available in our three bedroom flat in L1. The flat is located in Chinatown and is great for access to the City Centre, Universities, and has good transport links in and out of the city.

The room is a double, and the flat has decent sized living room, and bathroom with bath/shower. Plus internet access. You will be sharing with one student and one post grad so we both enjoy going out but understand people need quiet nights!

We are also willing to consider letting the living room out as a second bedroom should there be two people interested.

The flat is clean and secure, with the opportunity for off-road parking, and pedestrians must enter a code at the gate.
Students are welcome, but please no DSS. The rent is 225 pcm, approx 285 with all bills included. Both short and long term leases are possible

This is a lively area, but its still quiet in the evenings. If you're interested, then please get in touch. The property is available immediately, though decorating is ongoing viewings are welcome.

Also....the flat isnt like those show flats in tea factory and the like, but this is reflected in the price which is cheap for town
