Myself and my twin brother have a house in Seaforth and we have a room to rent. We already have another tenant and we all enjoy living there and are all musical and very vreative. We obviously share the lounge, kitchen and bathroom and its up to you if you want to sit a chat with us or spend time in your room. We are looking for someone easy going and up for a laugh but we dont have any mad parties like. The rent is all inclusive of the bills so thats all you pay per month and sort your own food. We have Braodband wireless internet and will be soon getting Virgin for the TV. We are also currently doing the garden up so the summer will be great chilling out there.
