The main priority for the Customer Services Department is to ensure all our clients are happy with the services we have supplied to them.
This applies to clients who report a fault road traffic accidents as well as non-fault road traffic accidents.
We pride ourselves on supplying excellent customer service to all of our customers therefore previous customer service experience is preferred.
Location: Southport / Merseyside
Position: Full Time Permanent position - Excellent Opportunities.
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary: 12k - 14k experience dependant
Holidays: 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays

You will be required to work within a growing Customer Service team for a class leading, fast growing; highly successful claims Management Company within the Southport area.
Duties:
* Contacting clients who have reported their road traffic accident to us to ensure they are satisfied with the services they are being supplied with
* Completing reports cataloguing client feedback
* Monitoring inbound calls using tracking equipment to ensure inbound calls are answered by the appropriate teams within the agreed service levels
* Handling client complaints
* Liaising with partner companies to ensure clients requirements are met
* Quality Control - ensuring all staff are providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills both on the telephone and face to face
* Conflict resolution skills
* Positive and friendly attitude
* Diligent
* Proactive - not reactive attitude
* Be a team player whilst demonstrating you can work alone
